A 2023 Maori 125 with a 10.6-metre beam and an 80sqm aft beach club.
K+ is a contemporary yacht with a clear design point of view. Delivered in 2023 as the flagship Maori 125, she combines a wide-beam semi-displacement platform with an interior and deck arrangement designed for open living, entertaining and Mediterranean use.
She should be read as architecture on water rather than another modern motor yacht. Her 10.6-metre beam and 367GT volume give her unusual presence in the 38-metre class, while the upper-deck owner’s suite brings a penthouse rhythm to the arrangement: private aft terrace, lounge, dressing area and generous bathroom.
Inside, Pulina Exclusive Interiors created an open-plan, contemporary environment with broad glazing, high ceilings, a full-service bar and a sculptural stair connecting the guest spaces. Light, width, flow and privacy are the selling points.
Outside, the 80-square-metre beach-club-style aft deck is the defining feature. With integrated bar, service galley, hydraulic platform and concealed tender and toy storage, the stern is not a secondary space: it is the social centre of the yacht.

The shipyard

Maori Yacht is an Italian shipyard founded in 2007 by Oberdan Chimenti, a former superyacht captain who established his yard at Olbia, on the north-east coast of Sardinia near the Costa Smeralda. The venture followed years spent building composite hulls and fast, exclusive tenders for large pleasure craft, and its founding model, the Maori 50, set the template for a range of sleek, high-performance open motor yachts in composite. Today the yard builds semi-custom and fully bespoke vessels up to roughly 38 metres, working to a philosophy of clean lines and one-off personalisation rather than volume production. Its flagship is the 38.2-metre K+ (2022), styled by Marco Ciampa over naval architecture by NavalHEAD, with interiors by Pulina Exclusive Interiors and a cruising range of 4,200 nautical miles.
